Pro bono legal assistance is a ‘last resort’ as it is provided by private law firms and individual lawyers on their own time, without government funding. Before you apply for pro bono assistance you will first need to see if other legal help is available. In South Australia, contact the Legal Services Commission, your local Community Legal Centre or JusticeNet.
We are a small business and do not have a large capacity to take on pro bono cases but we know that there are some cases out there where people with disabilities and their families would benefit from legal advice and representation but cannot access that. If you have a disability rights case which you would like us to consider, and you cannot afford legal fees, tell us about it below.

Please note that we may not contact you in response to your Enquiry. You will only receive a response if we can assist you.
